Information Collected While Using the Applications

With your permission, we may collect:

Camera and photo access (for uploading images required by the Service)
Local data stored using Hive (temporary settings, cached user information, and session tokens). Hive stores data locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers unless you perform an action that syncs CRM data.

3. Use of Personal Data

We use personal data to:

Authenticate and manage user accounts
Deliver notifications and updates
Improve performance and fix errors

Communicate service-related information

4. Third-Party Services

Our Applications use third-party services that may collect technical information for maintenance or performance analysis. These include:

Platform details:

On Android, Firebase uses Google Play Services to manage push notifications and collect crash data.
On iOS, Firebase integrates with Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to deliver notifications and collect anonymous crash reports.

Firebase Crashlytics collects only technical data (e.g., OS version, device type, stack traces) and does not include personal identifiers such as name or email.

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to provide and improve our Services or to comply with legal obligations. Local cached data (including Hive storage) may remain on your device until you delete the app or clear local storage.

6. Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, which are protected by appropriate safeguards where required by law.

7. Delete Your Personal Data

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at john@mywebparking.com. Locally stored data can be cleared by uninstalling the app or via device settings when available.

Users can use the apps anonymously.

Users will be notified of Privacy Policy changes on this page.
We do not track users across third-party websites and do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

13. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
